At JW PEI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
